It is getting more and more likely that MONSANTO will become a part of the BAYER conglomerate and then have its headquarters in Germany.
For 38 years we have watched BAYER’s actions worldwide, contributed to the coordination of resistance and protest all over the world, supported affected people and documented the conglomerate’s crimes. There is no Google search for BAYER that does not show us as one of the first results.
We take protest and resistance from all over the world back to the heart of the company at BAYER’s annual general meeting. Since 1982, it has been impossible for BAYER to hold a regular shareholder meeting: both outside and inside the hall, there will be protests by victims and affected people, critics, scientists and journalists – despite police operations, company security and tricks with the agenda, in plain sight of the responsible CEOs and major shareholders, in front of thousands of listeners, small shareholders and journalists. If BAYER swallows MONSANTO, the new MONSANTO bosses should know that we are ready.
